Terms of Use

Human-Resources.org is operated by EmployerHQ Limited, registered in England and Wales. By using the site you accept these terms.
What this site is
We publish an independent directory of UK HR companies, employment law advisers and payroll providers, plus guides and calculators for employers. We are not a law firm and nothing here is legal advice. Always take advice on your own circumstances before acting.
Directory listings and rankings
Listings are compiled from public sources and provider submissions. Rankings are editorial and based on local presence and coverage. Featured placements are paid and always labelled as such; paying never changes an editorial rank. We do not endorse or guarantee the work of any listed provider, and any contract you enter is between you and that provider.
Claimed listings
Providers may claim a listing for £150 per year for a standard listing. Claims are verified before approval and edits are reviewed before publication. Fees are billed annually and renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You must have authority to act for the company you claim, and the information you submit must be accurate. We may remove a listing or suspend an account for inaccurate, misleading or unlawful content.
Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry we may share your details with relevant providers so they can respond. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle that data.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the directory, attempt to interfere with the site, or submit content you do not have the rights to. Content, structure and compilations on this site remain our property or that of our licensors.
Liability
We take reasonable care with the information we publish but do not warrant that it is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on the guidance published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
